Who We Are

Led by Steven I. What We Do

The concept is surprisingly simple: to apply the well-developed principles of organizational culture change to occupational safety and health. Instead of concentrating on the technical aspects of safety-equipment and its use-the idea of culture change is to address the hidden beliefs, norms and assumptions that govern the people side.

 

Clients and Results

Client results are impressive.

General Motors has shown continuous improvement, reducing both recordable and lost-time injuries by 95% since 1994.

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories has sustained the culture change process for 17 years with a 90% reduction in severity rates since 1991.

PSE&G has sustained the culture change process for nine years. It has experienced a 66% reduction in lost-time and a 56% reduction in OSHA recordables since 1999.
